Kids in the Kitchen

Thursday, May 11

6:00 to 8 :00 p.m.

 

Parent & Child Team (ages 7-11) – $50

Teen (ages 12-14) – $35

Add an Adult – $15

 

Parents and kids, grab your aprons! Tonight, Kurt will be teaching us how to make simple weeknight meals that can be easily prepared any night of the week. We will also learn the Golden Rules of kitchen safety and cleanliness!

What the kids will learn:

  1. Basic Kitchen Guidelines & Safety
  2. Washing our Fruits and Vegetables
  3. Cheese!
  4. Knives 101
  5. How to Roast, De-Bone and Dice Chicken
  6. Refrigeration
  7. Easy and Delicious Weeknight Recipes
  8. After Class and Demonstrations, we EAT!

 

 

Crepe Creation $50

There are few fare that are quite as simple and versatile as the crepe. Join us at Elements as Kurt demonstrates the technique to creating the best crepes. Following the demonstration we will devour the fruits of our labor.  Savory and sweet with various fillings available!
